多元遙測與空間資訊整合應用
過去的水文參數觀測多以單點測站為主,但由於分佈不均,無法完整描述參數變異。近年來,遙測技術的發展提供了更頻繁和更精確的資料,這對於水資源管理至關重要。本計畫整合多種衛星遙測資料,並結合理論模型和深度學習,快速且準確地提取時空水文資訊。透過建構多元遙測與空間資訊應用展示介面,以測試場域之案例實證為基礎,研發模組化工具,並擴大應用於氣象水文、水資源管理、農業用水分析、揚塵防治或集水區監測等領域。
Traditional hydrological parameter observations have primarily
relied on single-point monitoring stations, but due to uneven
distribution, they cannot fully describe parameter variations. In
recent years, the development of remote sensing technology has
provided more frequent and precise data, which is crucial for
water resource management. This project integrates various
satellite remote sensing data and combines theoretical models with
deep learning to rapidly and accurately extract spatiotemporal
hydrological information. Through the construction of a
multi-source remote sensing and spatial information application
demonstration interface, based on case studies from test sites,
modular tools are developed and expanded for applications in
meteorological hydrology, water resource management, agricultural
water analysis, dust prevention, or watershed monitoring and other
fields.

水利署水庫查詢系統提供全台各主要水庫的即時監測資料,包括蓄水量、水位、進水量、放水量、水質參數等資訊。系統整合了水利署轄下各水庫管理處的觀測資料,提供歷史資料查詢、水庫操作分析及圖表展示功能,為水資源調配與管理提供重要決策依據。

including storage capacity, water level, inflow, outflow, water
quality parameters, and other information. The system integrates
observation data from various reservoir management offices under
the Water Resources Agency, offering historical data query,
reservoir operation analysis, and chart display functions,
providing important decision-making basis for water resource
allocation and management.

AHP 問卷分析工具
AHP(層級分析法)問卷分析工具提供完整的問卷資料分析功能,包括各受測者的 λmax、CI、RI、CR 計算,以及平均權重分析。系統支援 Excel 問卷檔匯入,可設定 CR 門檻值進行篩選,並提供多種視覺化圖表,包括權重柱狀圖、雷達圖、CR 分布直方圖、矩陣熱度圖等,為決策分析提供科學依據。
The AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) Questionnaire Analysis Tool provides comprehensive questionnaire data analysis functions, including calculation of λmax, CI, RI, and CR for each respondent, as well as average weight analysis. The system supports Excel questionnaire file import, allows setting CR threshold values for filtering, and provides various visualization charts including weight bar charts, radar charts, CR distribution histograms, matrix heatmaps, etc., providing scientific basis for decision analysis.
卡方獨立性檢定工具
卡方獨立性檢定工具提供完整的列聯表分析功能,可檢定兩個類別變數之間是否具有獨立性。系統支援 CSV 檔案匯入或直接輸入列聯表資料,可設定顯著水準 α,並提供 2×2 表格的 Yates 校正選項。分析結果包括觀察值、期望值、標準化殘差等,並提供三種視覺化熱度圖,為統計檢定提供直觀的分析結果。
The Chi-square Test of Independence Tool provides comprehensive contingency table analysis functions to test whether two categorical variables are independent. The system supports CSV file import or direct input of contingency table data, allows setting significance level α, and provides Yates correction option for 2×2 tables. Analysis results include observed values, expected values, standardized residuals, etc., and provide three types of visualization heatmaps, offering intuitive analysis results for statistical testing.

t 檢定與 F 檢定工具提供多種統計檢定功能,包括一樣本 t 檢定、兩獨立樣本 t 檢定、成對樣本 t 檢定,以及兩樣本 F 檢定(變異數比較)。系統支援雙尾與單尾檢定(可複選),可設定顯著水準 α,並提供等變異數假設選項。工具操作簡便,輸入樣本資料即可快速獲得檢定結果,為統計分析提供便利的計算工具。
The t-test and F-test Tool provides various statistical testing functions, including one-sample t-test, two independent samples t-test, paired samples t-test, and two-sample F-test (variance comparison). The system supports two-tailed and one-tailed tests (multiple selection), allows setting significance level α, and provides equal variance assumption option. The tool is easy to use, simply input sample data to quickly obtain test results, providing convenient calculation tools for statistical analysis.
